Talk never said he was better that Howard. What he has said about Howard is that defensively he would struggle in europe (based on the fact that they actually play defense and he would need to guard on the wing sometimes against outside shooting bigs) and that pekovic has similar strength. Not "strengths" but literal strength. Which makes sense considering pekovic is considered to be crazy strong.
