Luke Walton to play in Game 2

Post#1 » by slickgreek » Wed May 6, 2009 2:39 am

Our savior Luke Walton. He could definately help the rhythm of the team, in which we didnt have in game 1, so maybe we will see an unlikely hero like Luke?? :-?

Only on realgm is 27,000 points, 5 rings, 1 rs mvp and 2 finals mvp considered overrated!

I know board members and Laker fans everywhere love to rip Luke, but IMO he can be a key to our success against the Rockets.

The one team he can be successful against is the Rockets. He just needs to focus in on the defensive end against Artest. Artest isn't the quickest player in the world, so he needs to body him as much as possible.

Either way, we need to have Sasha in the game. We need some outside shooting and we're going to need him if we win a Championship.

+1 Ty, ... We need Sasha to get going from the three. I have no idea why we didn't have more shooters in at the end of game 1. At some point if you're down 3 possessions with a minute to go, you need to start hitting 3's, or at least shooting them.

As for Luke he might actually bring ball movement back to the Lakers, which will be neat to see.

I hope Luke Walton can hit a couple shots, because the Rockets are going to leave him more open than Ricky Hatton's jaw.

i think i can safely say, i am the only one ever , and always defending luke...

intangibles...man, intangibles...

by that token , does anyone remember what everyone said about fox, horry during the three-peat?

they got that same tag over and over and over..."yeah they are garbage"

....yeah well...they werent...not even close...its just that their stars did not shine as bright as kobe and shaqs...

Luke will save us from back to back loses at home like he did in the 04 Finals.

No more Vujacic please.

More interior passing - Luke should help. Get Yao having to move around more on defense, off balance, and fouling.
