Al Harrington $10,026,875= 21,567,949

Edit: it was also supposed to include the #55 pick but I don't even see it on the other guys credentials, if it doesn't work just delete this.

Rationale: Move a big expiring and make more room for free agents this season.

Accepted. The pick 55 is included. i got it from the foster/gadz deal from indiana.
We get our second "star" player. THis deal gives us not only a good big man rotation with Shaq being backed up by turiaf and Camby being backed up by maxiell, but it gives us a very good starting lineup. We move too huge exprirings for one huge one and take on maxiells deal. Pick 55 although very late, is also in the deal. This deal DOES work with the 125% rule.

2009 2nd Round Pick (Cleveland) #60 -

Golden State Trades

Trade on hold; there were quite a few veto requests; I will contact both GM's and make a decision later.

Monta Ellis $11,000,000

60th overall pick

We feel Jose Calderon is the perfect PG for our team. We love the backcourt of Barbosa/Calderon. We know we have big problems upfront now but we have 2 picks coming up in the first round and we think we will add more talent to this team. Foster is a fantastic defensive stopper, but we know he isn't a long term answer. We would have loved to keep Ellis, but with Belinelli and Barbosa, we feel we could have moved him to get a true point guard. Both Barbosa and Calderon can carry the ball up the court and spread our offense up. Best of luck to the 76ers.

Trade on hold; the picks are on hold because of the GS/NY trade; also there were 2 veto requests as well for this trade.

so what going on with this? kinda need to know since 24 is up soon.

The blazers accept, we need browns salary to make another deal work and giving up a future second is not too steep of a price.

DET and WAS have a trade to announce.

27#/51#/DET 2012 2nd

for

22#

We move up a lot and get the choice of two guys we like. We think the 51 is a fair price to pay.

It wasn't the best deal I had originally, but I accept. I don't like many guys left on the board, and the ones in the 1st that I do like I think I can grab at #27.

The Lakers and Pistons have a trade to announce
Lakers Send
Corey Maggattee-$8,937,931
2010 Atlanta First
2011 Bobcats Second

Detroit Send
Matt Bonner-$3,256,500
Willie Green-$3,682,000
Walter Sharpe-$736,420

The Lakers do this trade as they get rid of maggattes horrible contract and get a solid starter in green as well as quality role player in Bonner who can play multiple positions. We do have to give up a first rounder in 2010 (ATL) but believe it will be a late pick and it was necesary to give it up to get rid of maggattees contract while getting 2 good players in return. The second rounder was easy to give up as we are getting back the 38th pick in the 2008 draft in Walter Sharpe, we believe he is a sharp guy and will fit in well.
This move gives us even more flexibility in 2010.
Charlotte Hornets

Dillon Brooks/Royce Oneil/Julian Champagnie
Domatas Sabonis/Cam Johnson

We don't like the Green contract and Bonner was a 3rd stringer for us. We get some scoring off our bench and a 1st rounder next year. Though Maggette is overpaid he can put up 20ppg of the bench and that all he'd need to do on our team. The picks are gravy.

Kobe Bryant - 23,034,375
Vince Carter - 16,123,250
Kendrick Perkins - 4,078,880
Antawn Jamison - 11,641,095
Total - 54,877,600

for

2010 ATL 1st
2011 CHA 2nd
Kurt Thomas - 3,800,000
Paul Pierce - 19,795,712
Richard Hamilton - 10,497,500
Emeka Okafor - 11,625,000
Total - 45,718,212 (*1.25 = 57,147,765)

The Cleveland Cavaliers Accept. We absolutely hate trading away Kobe Bryant, just like we traded LeBron James. However, Paul Pierce is one of the most underrated stars in this game. In the swap of VC for Hamilton, the Cavaliers franchise feels the talent is similar, but Hamilton is an expiring, while Carter's contract goes for two more years. With Jamison for Okafor, we feel that while Okafor hasn't exceeded everyone's expectations during his career, he is still a double-double guy and is only 26 years old, while Jamison is 32 and will make more money per year in the next couple years. We did not want to lose Perkins, but are getting back a 2010 expiring deal in Thomas, who can still provide veteran leadership off the bench and in the locker room.

The biggest thing we accomplished in this deal was shedding over nine million dollars this year.

Philly and Golden State have agreed to a new deal. The same trade with out the picks.

so

Golden State get-

Jeff Foster---------------------- $6,077,500

Philadelphia get-
Kelenna Azubuike $2,900,000
Monta Ellis $11,000,000

WHY? same reasons as above, just we dont get the picks instead. IMO, this trade is not and was not veotable idk why it was.

After talking it over with the Golden State GM; I've decided to veto both of these deals.

Philly make sure you change your roster back. This is why you don't update your roster until the trade is approved.
