can't blame the offense. these guys are battling back from deficits every game.. they are comming through.. down 4, they get 4, down 6-4, they get two more runs..... our bullpen sucks, and at this point, we need to just start over... we may even have to replace mo.. velocity is down, and he is very hittable... time to turn the page it seems...

the lineup is doing it's job, the bullpen is the weakest point.. time to bust this up, before we are 10 games out of first....

Joba as a closer would be perfect but that would put a hole in the rotation.

You guys can blame the offense all you want, but this teams "strength" heading into the season (bullpen) has been killing this team. 6 runs should be enough to win a ballgame, apparently not.

There's no getting around the fact that the bullpen's sucked so far, but on the other hand it's hard to really evaluate a bullpen after 28 games like this. Relievers can have whole seasons ruined or severely tarnished just by some rough luck. In this case, we're looking at less than a fifth of the season. I really liked this pen going into the season, and still think it can at least be decent going forward.

I didn't see most of the game, I went out to watch Star Trek instead. Star Trek was awesome. Anyone know how Molina got hurt? From what I understand they just pulled him between innings.

The problem with this team is different every game. Either the starting pitching doesn't pitch well and the offense hits or the offense hits and the starting pitching is weak. Then if those two work pretty well, the bullpen screws it up. It's someone or something different every game, which is the mark of a very inconsistent team. I seriously believe that one of these sides has to step up and go on a tear, when they do everyone else will relax and things will click. Until one side doesn't step up, this will continue. Hopefully A-Rod can make the offense step up. -Jitpal

that is what I was saying, the offense battles back every game, it is the pen that is killing us..
