The Rhino for THREEEEEE!?!?!?!?

This is from an interview with Smith about summer movies:

"Jonah: Anything specific that you are going to target when you get back into full workouts?

Craig: Just really being in much better condition and working on a perimeter game to match my inside game."

time to move the cookie monster to the 3; which honestly doesn't sound like a bad idea if he can get his handles better(they're pretty good) and if he is actually working on his perimeter game.

it's one thing to beat a PF off the dribble from the free throw line, it's another to beat a SF off the dribble from the 3 point line. When he says perimeter game, he means 15 footer, not chucking threes.

plus IMO he'd be even worse defensively playing the 3 spot

There are a number of NBA three's that will step out of the way, rather than take a charge from Craig Smith.

If I'm reading this correctly (I just got back from the bar) Smith is about a 48% jump shooter already. I'm pretty sure he is talking about 3pt range or at least close.
