im not for trading ak to any western conference playoff team. he is playing a role in utah. ide be afraid of the lose random free ak from '04 getting unleashed on another team. he can do that again, he's not that old. all jazz would get in return is another high-priced role player. shaq and tmac have a lot of issues. i doubt either would come to utah (as if utah would have either).

You guys are trading AK to get better while in reality AK would be traded to reduce salary. If you trade him maybe you should think about some expiring scrubs, like with Derek Fisher. Except the opposite.

Jazz want AK to 'beef up'? They have no idea how to use him. Leave him how he is. He's not a bulky type of player and gaining weight even if it's all muscle will not make him a better player SF or PF. He is what he is. You don't ask a guy to bulk up at this stage of his career.
much respect to the 2011-2012 champions, Miami Heat, well deserved

True but at this point in his career his weight shouldn't be varying. He needs to work on things and weight is one of them. They aren't asking for a 100 lbs.

I like this trade Ak47 and the knicks unprotected for Prince . The jazz save about 5 million plus get quality Sf that is know for his defence. Detroit can play Ak47 at sf-pf thus get value assett in rebuilding in Knicks pick.

Why are you guys so anxious to trade away an almost guaranteed lottery pick next year? The Knicks are so much in transition I don't anticipate them to dramatically improve for next season. Dumping AK's salary isn't worth that much to me.

Return to Utah Jazz
