Enough is enough! Step up, Ray!

Post#1 » by BillessuR6 » Fri May 15, 2009 1:54 am

There isn`t much more to say! He needs to step up, because the way he has been playing in this series is just embarrassing! Sure, ORL`s defense on him has been good but he is missing absolutely everything.

I don`t want to here how he can make a shot even if he misses 20 in a row!

I don`t want to hear excuses and how eventually he will start making shots!

The time is now!

Step up, Ray! We need you!

You know, they say that legacies/reputations are made in the postseason.

Well, Ray sure ain't writing anything pretty on his ledger of playoff accomplishments.

It's not like he's seeing double coverage out there either, which is the most concerning thing about all this. He cannot get any separation from his defender, with the exception of that one game against the bulls where he went off.

Yeah, Ray Allen's contract wins games against Golden State in January. In the playoffs, Ray Allen's contract chokes his butt off.

Always somebody else's fault with Ray Allen's contract. Whose fault was it the rest of the games he has stunk up the joint during these playoffs?

LMAO, I went to uconn too, and been his biggest fan the past 12 years, and i say he sucks in the postseason BIG TIME, i said this would happen, and its happening in front of all our eyes. He has JJ redick on him and is NOT seeing double coverage, all the EXTREME double coverage is going to Pierce.

2-18, 5 pts, there's no excuse for that. Don't blame it on screens or any other BS, it's all on him.

Ray Allen is playing like an ****. What the hell? My favorite player and not even I can defend him anymore. He is just playing horrible. Can't hit a shot to save his life, stupid turnovers, and he's playing the steve nash kind of defense.

ray is so clumsy when he drives, he so bad at that, but forger it , its done with , He needs to hit better then 5-41 on threes especially when alot of them are open, i mean come on , best shooter ever, wtf.

Man i hope he is do next game, something like 6-9 3 pointers next game.

The best we can hope for from Ray anymore is that he plays fewer minutes.

theres no way he can do as bad as hes done next game, no way. hes been horrible

if he just produces half of what hes doing the celtics are in good shape.

i'm upset with ray too and sure he is playing like a crap but he is not a a player who creates his shot anymore,
he is best when he comes off the screen and find spaces to shot,
and obviously there were no good shots for him.kudos to magic for their defence on allen

Take it easy on Ray guys. I know he's been sucking in the playoffs so far, but Doc contributed to this also. Ray can't be running all around the court everytime. He needs a good screen (should get 2 screens at least). I mean where are the screen for a 12-15ft shots? Most of the shots he's taken were from the 3pt line. Anyway, Ray should get his head together also or he'll go fishing on Monday.

How is it possible that a great shooter like him can go so cold for so long is beyond me...And he is not just bad he is horrible! Even Perk could shoot threes at that %...Unbelievable...
