My 10:

James
Wade
Howard
Bryant
Dirk
Duncan
Paul

Billups or Anthony

No Dirk? I agree with the rest though (Garnett misses my list by a little, but w/e).

Who cares Lebron's made everybody look bad so far when it comes to playoff play, I will admit that. He hasn't played anybody worth a grain of salt but he's made mince meat of who he's had to play.

Not enough people have consistently shown out for me to name 10 players

Carmelo and Billups are not top 10 players in the NBA. Billups is arguably not even a top 25 player.

Assuming players are all healthy by next season:

1. LeBron
2. Wade
3. Kobe
4. Dwight
5. Chris Paul
6. Duncan
7. KG
8. Yao
9. Deron
10. Dirk

I've got Roy, Pierce, Durant, Gasol and Bosh as my next 5.

So the Nuggets are a top 5 team in the NBA without having a top 15 player in the league? Or I guess top 25?

I guess so. The Cavs are a top 2 team in the NBA and they have the best player and no one else in the top 40 (roughly). As SilverBullet will tell you, there's more to a team than just talent, and the Cavs and Nuggets are good examples of that.

So now Gasol is better than Anthony. Any criticism anyone has of Anothy applies triply to Gasol, considering he's seven feet tall and has no excuse whatsoever for being such a soft biotch.

And, of course, Anthony is an infinitely more dynamic offensive player.

Just one of many incomprehensible opinions expressed in this list.

Well, let's see your list then.

I think Gasol is the better rebounder, passer, and defender. Also, he hasn't had any attitude problems or gotten suspended like Carmelo, so that's a factor too.

Carmelo's definitely got the scoring edge though, no doubt about that. He's just too one dimensional for me to put over some of these guys. Maybe he can change my mind in the conference finals.
