C's just need to sign Joe Johnson. He will be an UNRESTRICTED free agent. We let Ray go. There is no need for a trade.

He's tired. You can tell with his body.

I predict Ray and paul have big game 7s because the extra day off is really going to help thier legs. Ray doesn't seem to be able to get the same lift as he did against Chicago.

Celts have had games where Pierce and Allen struggled to jump, that's just getting old. They should be fresh for Sunday night, which will be over 70 hours since they last played. That is significant.

i said he sucks this series, and bad, VERY VERY BAD. and He did last season vs Cleveland even worse then hes doing now, and was bad vs ATL too.

i said this would happen too, but that is beyond the point

how is ray allen shooting 4-42 3's, wtf, JJ redick is your mathcup, wakeup. hes possibly the worst defender in the league, Last year Szcerbiak D'd ray allen.

You're 100% right. He did the same thing during the playoffs last season and made Wall Z look like an All-D player. He's doing the same thing in this series with Redick. I can't give the Magic much credit because a lot of the shots he's missing are wide open. All you really have to do is stick with him on the picks and screens. That's like 80% of the job of guarding Allen.

What I find unbelievable is that we made it to game 7 without KG and Ray shooting horribly.

+1 on that last point jt142

You think PHO is looking to make cap room? I will take amare for him. Don't be surprised when you see these teams having fire sales next year.

Just another one of those threads where the first thought that comes to mind is

"fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life son."

By the playoffs next year, we can't afford all six legs of our Ancient 3 to be in the starting lineup, which makes Ray a candidate for the bench--and therefore a trade--in my mind.
