Should be a tough series... let's hope it ends better than the one we had against the Yankees.

Can't wait to hear the Blue Jays on TSN theme song. Can wait to hear Rod Black call the shots.

Easily the most important series of the season thus far, I think this will be the first true test to see if the Jays are for real this season. I am guessing 2-1 Jays, too bad Doc won't make a start.

Even if we get swept I dont think it changes anything in terms if we are for real or not. Neither Halladay or Richmond are pitching and at this point they are prolly our 2 best starters.

I think we'll lose the Tallet game, but win the Ray and Cecil starts.

I don't think we'll sweep the series but I think we will leave with two wins.

We just have to hope the bats continue to be hot and that they continue to find ways to win from behind late in games.

I really wish Doc was pitching though, it would make me feel a lot better about winning the series.

I'd be suprised if we win 2 out of 3, even as good as we are playing. We are throwing out two rookies with both less then 5 starts each, at prolly the toughest place to win a game currently in the majors. Ill be happy leaving 1-2 and keeping the record at 28-16.

I'de be ok with leaving Boston with 1 win. All games are get-able though with pitching matchups.

True, but it will show if we are more then a two pitcher team, against a team we really need to beat, which in the playoffs is key. If we get swept we lose our spot on top. I think if Doc and Rich were pitching it would really change things but we have to be able to rely on the whole rotation.

On a side note free hamburger day is coming: http://harveys.ca/eng/locator/invite_a_ ... php?id=479 (not an advertisement but free stuff is good stuff)

If we get swept in Fenway, we'll still be first in the AL East.

I think we take the first game. Tallet is pitching well and Boston is not playing well and Wakefield is coming off a game where he got absolutely rocked. The other 2 games I dont feel as comfortable about.

Wakefield has done fairly decent in his career against the Jays: 16-11 with an ERA of 3.76
