Saw this mysterious nugget in an article about the Patriots' cheating:

If the Patriots lose their first-rounder next season they still will have a first-round pick, obtained from San Francisco in the deal that brought Moss from Oakland.

Leaving aside what has to be the obvious error of the 'Niners giving the Pats a pick as part of the Raiders/Moss/Patriots deal, did the 'Niners give up their first rounder next year to the Pats? And for who?
