Very sad news. When i lived in Portland, he played for the Blazers. I worked for a car detail company and got to chat with him about once a week. He is one of the nicest guys i've met. Always would take time to shoot the breeze with you and would always tip $300 on a $250 detail job. Spoke to his mother a couple of times, she would tell us stories of Lil' Grant growing up. Very nice man, very sad situation.

This is very sad news indeed. My grandfather is suffering through Parkinson's Disease right now, and it is very sad to see. Hopefully, early detection will help, and hopefully he can stay positive through his battle. If you haven't watched it, Michael J. Fox, who is also a parkinson's patient, recently aired a documentary about parkinson's and optimism...worth a watch if you're interested. Only the best thoughts and wishes to Brian Grant and his family as he battles through this.
