76ers and Magic have agreed to a pretty significant deal.

Sixers get: Leandro Barbosa $6,600,000

Magic get: Jose Calderon $8,219,008

works with 125% rule.

Reason: We save a lil less than 2 million instantly, and being we got kidd, calderon became expenable. We wish calderon the best in Orlando. We need scoring off the bench, Barbosa fits the bill. Good deal for both sides, seeing as he needs a real PG.

Orlando accepts the above deal.

Jose costs us a bit more than Barbosa but should be a much better fit for team needs.

Minnesota accepts it and Minnesota is far enough below the salary cap for this trade to work.

Atlanta accept the trade, we add a much needed depth to our bench for 2 low picks and an expiring.

I thought there was a rule regarding guaranteed and unguaranteed portion for 2nd rounders.

I believe the rule is 2nd rounders only are allowed 1 unguaranteed year.

This is the salary structure we used last game for undrafted players

Miami accepts, Jeff Foster is added to bring some hustle and experience. He'll be a great locker room addition to this team.

Signings not allowed; rookie undrafted free agent signings are going to be handled the same way as last game; you need to send in offers for the rookie free agents and they will sign with the best offer.

Also any underclassmen who wasn't drafted in our draft, we will assume that they went back to school and they will be available in the 2010 draft.

The Wizards and Lakers have agreed to a deal in which skorff has approved a deal for david lee.

David Lee ($8M)
Jermaine O'Neal ($23M)
{total $31M}
for
Fabricio Oberto ($3.5M)
Brent Barry ($2.0M)
Hedo Turkoglu ($10M)
Larry Hughes ($13.65M) {total $29.15M}

The Lakers were desperate for some frontcourt help and we feel that David lee would fit perfectly in our system for many years to come. We hate losing hedo but with lebron already here there isnt really a spot for him in the starting lineup. As well Jermaine is a capable center but we are not sure if he fits in our system so we will entertain offers for him as well as willie green is on the block. Current Lakers Lineup
Nash/Fisher
Childress/Robinson/Gree
Lebron/Taj Gibson
Lee/Bonner
O'neil/Lee
Charlotte Hornets

SGA
Ant Man/Tyler Herro
Dillon Brooks/Royce Oneil/Julian Champagnie
Domatas Sabonis/Cam Johnson
Mitch Robinson

Washington and the LA Lakers have a trade to announce (Sign and Trade with David Lee)

LA Lakers Outgoing: Hedo (BYC 6,864,200), Larry Hughes (13,655,268), Francisco Oberto (3,800,000), Brent Barry (2,062,800) = 26,382,268 x 1.25 = 32,977,835
LA Lakers Incoming: Lee (8,000,000), JO (23,016,000) = 31,016,000
32.9>31 (works for Lakers)

Wsh Outgoing: David Lee (BYC 4,000,000), JO (23,016,000) = 27,016,000 x 1.25 = 33,770,000

Wizards accept.

I wasn't going to match ANY significant offer for Lee, and this one was of that calibre. In this deal, I get all expirings back (incl. Hedo who has a TO), but get an upgrade in talent to try and make a push for the playoffs this season with Hedo. JO was simply here as a mentor, and there are plenty of others who can do the same job.

The Toronto Raptors and the Charlotte Bobcats have agreed on a deal:

Toronto Raptors Trade:
TJ Ford $8,500,000
Eduardo Najera $3,000,000
Jeff Green $3,516,960
Total: $15,016,960 x 1.25 = $18.77 Million > $16.292 Million

Charlotte Bobcats Trade:
Rights to Sam Young
Marvin Williams $10,000,000
Tony Battie $6,292,000
Total: $16,292,000

The Raptors Agree. We love Jeff Green and its really hard to trade him but I get rid of 2 players I wanted out of here. Sam Young is a nice prospect and brings toughness while we LOVE Marvin Williams. Dude is only 22 even though he's a 4 year vet already and I think will play better at PF than Green will. Marvin still has great upside and will be more involved in our system

Bobcats accept this deal.

Jeff Green is a much better fit on our team. We hate to have to trade the rights to a player such as Young, but he's not going to get the time he needs on our team.

Edit: Rescind waiving mobley. We're under the roster limit :D

Minnesota and Phoenix have agreed on a trade

Robin Lopez ( 1,745,520 )
Charlotte's 2010 2nd
for
Ryan Hollins ( 1,000,000 )

Minnesota has enough cap space to take on the extra money. We liked Hollins and his upside but also think Robin can have the same upside. Plus he is stronger and should privide us with a solid defensive rebounding backup to Big Al.

Atlanta and Toronto have agreed on a trade

Atlanta Out: Bill Walker

Toronto Out: Pops Mensah-Bonsu

Pops Mensah-Bonsu is BYC so 711,517 outgoing salary for Toronto vs 736,420 incoming

1,000,000 incoming for Atlanta vs 736,420 * 1,25 + 100,000 = 1,020,000 So trade works with BYC

Atlanta is sad to give up a young guy in Bill Walker but we feel we need another serviceable big man to help our 2nd unity and we like Pops Mensah-Bonsu.

The Raptors Agree. I love Bill Walker and I love that I'm stacking up young potential wing players. Another athletic wing player does not hurt at all. I have Humps and him and Pops are the same player so I had to get rid of 1 of them
