I completely disagree. The dude may not be the future at 4 for us, but if we really are going no where in the next few years as a team why not take a flyer on the kid? I am pretty sure we could sign him to a fairly cheap deal. If he turns out to be a great player then it is a win for us. If he turns out to be trash, at least he is on a cheap deal. If we could sign him for a like a 3 year deal with a player option in the 2nd year and team in the 3rd year, I would say that would be well worth the gamble.perezident wrote:2 games against teams who were either meaning to lose to get more ping pong balls or just resting players and playing their bench throughout the whole game and now all of a sudden Diogu becomes plan B???? WTF SKZZZ?
Diogu is trash, he couldnt beat out Frye!!! for pete's sake into the rotation. It was just TWO games!!!

I think if the Kings want Rubio, they can get him for a realatively reasonable price...cash/alternate pick like our #31.

If that's all it took then maybe. I don't know if Petrie feels this way but if we are going for a PG than Evans, Holiday, or Curry suit me just fine.
