Amare for Gay/#2

Rubio doesn't want to play in MEM and adding Amare would put u in the playoffs.

Thoughts?

Not a chance. At this point the info out there is likely posturing. Once the smoke settles the Grizz can see what happens. Any deal for Amare, Bosh or Boozer would have to come with a long term deal. And if any of those guys were willing to sign long term as the part of a trade, why not just wait until after they opt out/their current deal runs it course - with Rudy and Ricky (or whatever is done with that pick) in tact.

Under the assumption of new deals for both amare and rudy. It's likely u loose rudy to free agency anyway when his contract is up.

Quote me a source on this please? Rudy's happy here, has an owner that likes his game and will likely be well paid.

You can have one or the other for Amare, but certainly not both.

Why wouldn't the Grizzlies just sign Boozer and then trade down in the draft?
