Twist Draft 1998 Round (denied Up)
Welcome to the early round of twist draft. A few things to keep in mind:
All players are evaluated on their performance this season including players who were injured, but the player must have played 30 games.
Any player drafted in 98 or before is eligible for drafting. Additionally, any undrafted players signed before or during the 98-99 season are eligible for drafting.
Each participant will have an extended period to draft this round of 6 hours. After the six hours are up, an additional day will be given where the GMs after you may pick, but I don't pick for you. At the end of the 24 hours I give you the highest remaining draftee from the draft year.
Please email a draft list to myself, Gremz, or Vintage if you anticipate not being available for your pick. My email is mh478@lab.icc.edu.

and since i have the first pick of the next round i will take paul pierce.
Iverson/Kobe/Piece...i wonder who wants the ball more.

I agree... we set up time limits and bryant has passed his time limit, I think that MK should pick now

Re: Twist Draft 1998 Round (Bryant Up)
I'll take Antawn Jamison. Look at the time from the first pick to Bness's pick, I should've been on the clock 6 hours after the first pick if you guys want to be sticklers for the rules, but I wasn't given that opportunity.

Re: Twist Draft 1998 Round (Bryant Up)
I swapped '98 picks with cbblazer so he's on the clock now, not me.

maybe we should cahnge the time limit to 8 hours or something. i go on here every morning, and every night for sure. theres only a few times i can go on here during the day time, like when im at work. Im sure its the same for a lot of ppl. 8 or 10 hours should be the time limit, not 6. or we could do it 6, with a bonus extention of 3 hours maybe if you can make the 6?

Can one of the mods update the selection board, and who is up? Maybe that's why CDBlazer hasn't picked....

Re: Twist Draft 1998 Round (Bryant Up)
Whatever you guys would like to be the time limit is fine. Everyone was impatient about the amount of time it was taking, so I said 6 hours. Whatever works for you works for me though

Re: Twist Draft 1998 Round (Blazer Up)
I'll take Al Harrington.
His ability to play the 3 and 4 will provide a solid scoring punch off of the bench.

I'll take Rafer Alston, starting PG in the playoffs and he will be a great backup to Williams. He will see some minutes at the 2 when we choose to go small ball.
