Billups, a classy player who rarely complains about the officiating, just did so. And if you look at the FT discrepancy, all of the b/s calls (especially the technical against JR, wtf? Like Kobe doesn't taunt his opponents all the god damn time), it's hard to blame Chauncey for calling the officials out. But no, LA fans just assuming he's being whiny.

The Denver Nuggets are better than the LA Lakers. But I tell you what, it's awful hard to win out there when it's 8 on 5.

Billups flopped twice on his jumpshots and got both calls, so maybe he should shut up. As for the FT discrepancy, Houston outshot us on FTs almost every game, same for the Jazz, as well as the first two games in LA. Didn't see you complaining there. Kobe taunted Battier last series and got T-ed up, so enough of this BS

lmao

That's another thing I love about Lakers fans. Their arrogance. They feel like because they're fans of the Lakers, they're somehow superior to fans of other teams, and that by putting my team down, they've put me in my place. My team doesn't have anything to do with this series, and bringing them up just shows your immaturity.

To the genius who said Denver outshot LA from the FT line in Games 1 and 2: Denver LEADS the league in FT attempts. And the discrepancy's were very small, so why is this surprising at all? You think the refs should cater to you guys because it's your supposed 'birthright' to go back to the Finals?

To the wiseguy who brought up BIllups' flop. Kobe never flops, right? Especially not when he gets blocked and feels like he has to scream and flail his arms to get the call and avoid the embarrassment of it.

Anybody with eyes can see that the officials were horribly in favor of LA. Denver didn't even play particularly well, so perhaps they can blame themselves as well, but nonetheless, this is a game they would've won if the refs called it consistently on both ends throughout the game, especially the second half.

It did. And from a fan's standpoint what we expected to see (a great Melo performance, smart play by Chauncey, a breakout game from JR) ...they were not there.

Bet there is not much going on in the Jazz Forum these days...

LOL

Yes Jazz fan, everyone is biased against the Nugg's just like they were against the Jazz when they were playing the Lakers.

LOL, your Logic is blinded by your hatred and anyone can read that from your words, so get your Stockton jersey on, grab a Miller-lite and sit back and get pissed when the Lakers win...

Ugly game to watch..... hate listening to Breen. SVG becoming a caricature of a caricature with his 'new rules' ideas....

OK, so yes the refs did tilt the game in favor of the Lakers (45 foul shots, four Nugs starters with 22 fouls).... I knew they would once I saw it was Danny Crawford as crew chief, but this should not come as a surprise, it is not like this is the first time this has happened.

What the Nuggets needed to do was win despite the tilt. That is what champions have to do, and the Nugs had many opportunities to win this. Those are the facts in today's NBA.

The players need to stop moaning about the calls, stop tossing up ridiculous threes, and get it done regardless of the circumstances. That is the only way to win the series and advance. It might help if they practiced inbounding the ball too, but it should never have come down to that. Seven point lead with 12 minutes left... where was the coach during this quarter?

Way to further prove my point. It's like you think that, because you're favorite basketball team is better than mine, you have the right to be arrogant to the point of douchebaggery.

I think I once saw somewhere that the average Laker fan IQ is a little below 100. Not too hard to believe now.

Actually, its funny because I'm a lakers fan and I just graduated top of my class and am going to be starting Med School next year. A fact is a fact, the Lakers have not gotten any special treatment in this series, even the Denver fans see that they screwed themselves. Utah fans are just haters, it must really suck to be a fan of a team that never wins. I actually feel sorry for you guys. I mean, you guys voted for McCain, WOW.

Enjoy watching the Lakers win yet another championship!
