Yep YiYaoYue, Sasha is a really bad player in respect to basketball IQ.

Last game alone he almost gave the game away.

End of 3rd quarter:

JR Smith Shoots a 3pointer, Sasha starts running to the other basket and JR follows up with an offensive rebound, result Anderson Lay-up.

2nd play: Lose ball near JR, Sasha goes for a quick steal instead of just playing some F***** defense because only like 2 seconds were left on the clock, what was he expecting a 50Ft 3'pt swish by the Machine? Result = JR gets the ball and get an open look for a 3'pointer.

He basically gave the Nuggets 5 points to close the 3rd quarter, had the Nuggets kept their composure, this series would be 2-1 thanks to Sasha. Because the closing of 3rd was a huge momentum builder for the Nuggets going into 4th.

All preventable with simple SMART basketball plays.

When a person shoots a 3, chances are the ball will bounce back far, and the shooter usually knows where it's going.

When there is a lose ball near the opponent and there's only a couple of seconds left, no need to steal for a 50ft attempt shot, instead play freaking defense to avoid an open look. AKA Ron Artest biting at a steal in Houston back in the regular season where Kobe quickly turn for an open 3 dagger.

Simple stuff like this can provide the team with great intangibles. Something Sasha does not bring. That's why Luke is important for the Lakers, he provides that IQ type of play even when he doesn't make his shots.
