enough mocks, any opinions on tyler smith?

there are 1 million mock drafts on here, but i have a question about tyler smith. he stacks up just like josh howard does and at the beginning of the year he was projected late lottery, it seems now his stock has dropped and im curious why, would your team take a flyer on him, and with how high of a pick?

He was supposed to be a mid first rounder and possible lotto pick last year but dropped off. He could move up during workouts but now he's projected to go in the second. He would be a steal to what ever team he goes to if he lands in the second.
