The Raptors agree. Basically I needed to clear up some roster room by getting rid of Kapono and Humphries. AI will be missed but I think I can get a PG easily. AK-47 brings lock down defense and as well as versatility.

isn't Iverson a base year contract?

Iverson isn't a BYC player; they got the numbers right.

FYI - BYC comes from getting a massive raise, AI got a massive paycut.

I did not know the actual rule, skorf explained for me, I just thought it was for any new contract, not just increases. Sorry for the confusion, but thanks for explaining

I'm blowing the Mavs up. Here's my asking price

Gilbert Arenas - Young players, a pick, expirings
Tayshaun Prince - Looking to package with a bad contract (Diop, Walton) for expirings and a pick
Rashard Lewis - expirings

I'm looking for any way to dump the deals of Udrih, Banks, Diop, Walton, Radmanovic

Minnesota is very sad to trade away a young double double stud in Love and a guy we think was the steal of the 2009 draft in Ellington but are thrilled to add a 2nd scoring option in Gay and like the upside of Wright. Our team should be set now. We are under the cap so the extra incoming money would still work

Trade approved; salaries works since morrow is a minimum player.

The Dallas Mavericks and Philadelphia 76ers would like to announce a deal:

Philadelphia will trade:
Marcus Camby ($9,650,000)
Bruce Bowen ($4,000,000)
Brian Skinner ($1,306,000)
Jason Kapono ($6,212,000)
Kris Humphries ($2,900,000)

Total salary: 23.9 million

Dallas will trade:
Rashard Lewis ($18,010,791)
Luke Walton ($4,840,000)

Total salary: 22.8 million

The new Mavericks GM and Owner, J.A. DeMuf, has conceded that cleaning up the franchise will require patience and will not be done overnight on a white horse. The new administration's goal is to reduce all contractual obligation that runs past the next two years. By dealing Lewis and Walton's long contracts for much shorter ones, the Mavericks are pleased to start quickly with this task.

The Mavericks immediately waive Bruce Bowen's unguaranteed contract, along with Brian Skinner, after the trade.

Accepted. I took taking on waltons deal to get Rashard, but we get rid of kapono also so it works for us. We love pairng Lewis with Shaq. We would have Probably lost camby so it was worth it. Walton is on the block. Hit me up.

Orlando and San Antonio have reached a trade agreement.

Gearald Wallace/Andray Blatche/2011 2nd for Josh Smith/Marcus Thornton/Sergio Llull.

$9,500,000 + $3,000,000 = $12,500,000

$10,800,000 + $800, 000 + $457,588 = $12,057,588

money obviously works

Olrando does this deal to get a dynamic defensive duo in the frontcourt and some nice young pieces to help fill out our roster for the future.

Orlando accepts

EDITED: removed Walter Sharpe/2012 2nd from the deal

Accepted. Josh Smith is not the type of PF I prefer, why his defense is superb, his shooting/shot selection and overall basketball IQ are not up to San Antonio Standards. With Kurt Thomas being on the last leg of his contract, I needed to bring someone into replace him. Blatche's versatility among the frontcourt will add solid depth.

The main prize was Gerald Wallace. I was paying out about 28 million a year for Kenyon Martin and Josh Smith thus one of them needed to go. Gerald Wallace is one of my favorite players and his defense and ability to create his shot at a position that San Antonio considers a need is glady welcomed!

The Dallas Mavericks have another trade to announce, with the Charlotte Bobcats.

The Bobcats trade
Erick Dampier
Josh McRoberts

The Mavericks trade:
Samuel Dalembert

The Mavericks are happy to trade Dalembert's 2 year contract for Dampier's expiring one. After this deal, they are pleased to announce their payroll will be under 70 mil and the luxury tax by next season. Dampier's play should still be serviceable enough to help the Mavericks gain a playoff spot this season, as they retool on the fly. He will also present fan appeal as a returning remnant of the Dirk Nowitzki era

Also from now on, any player that is waived will enter the free agent list and to sign a player you then need to offer them a contract.

Trade not allowed, Walter Sharpe is on the Lakers not the Spurs.

The previous owners roster had not been updated; I will e-mail the right roster to San Antonio's GM

Orlando and Minnesota have a small trade to announce...

Darren Collison/Damien Wilkins/2012 1st for Morrow/Hunter

3,300,000 + 1,012,900 = 4,312,900

3,696,000 + 736,420 = 4,,432420

salaries obviously work

We need a a starting SG that can help spread the floor for Josh and Dwight. Morrow should do just fine at that job and comes with a min contract. Collison was a nice PG but we had to sacrifice to fill our need at SG and with the addition of Sergio Llull to learn under Calderon deemed Darren the odd man out.

Orlando accepts

Minnesota agrees, we were high on the newly acquired Morrow, but think we have more of a need at PG.
