No. We might win a game, but the Cavs is too athletic for us. Even with Garnett, we still have problems with them. We match up better against Orlando. The Cavs only play like that because of Orlando and it'll be a whole different game against us.

I don't think we could advance against the Cavs without KG and/or Powe. The Magic have a serious matchup advantage in the frontcourt against the Cavs (and Lakers ;) ).

Now what if...

with KG and Powe I'm sure that we could beat the Magic as WE match up well with them. And as the Magic point out the weakness of the Cavs (post defense) I'm pretty sure that we would at least win our three home games against Cleveland if not win in 6.

it's unusual to see a team that shoots this many 3's advance this far in the playoffs. Howard is not an a go to guy in the post ( yet) although he came up big in OT last night. Even injured we should have beaten the Magic but I think we would have struggled mightily to beat Cleveland without KG and Powe so my answer is no. That's even more so because at the end of the Orlando series ( games 6 and 7) we had nothing left. Both Pierce and ALlen had nothing more to give. Ray Allen cost us the Orlando series. If He hits anything in that series we win in 6.

I never would have thought that our blowing Game 6 would lead to my 2nd favorite team also not making it to the finals, I'm not happy...

Without KG not a chance. ORL is a nightmare matchup for the cavs, we aren`t...

Full strength we would win but it doesn`t really matter now. I just hope magic beat that arrogant, childish team...

Nope, but we let the right team advance to beat them.

If we had KG we would be winning it all. With KG we are better than last year as the losses of PJ and Posey and Sam are more than made up for by the improvment of Rondo and Baby and the addition of Marbury.

It is bitter sweet to see the Magic beating the Cavs when we came so close to beating the Magic. It is defiantly possible we could have beaten the Cavs. I don't know that I would bet money on it but than aain I would not have bet money of Orlando being up 3-1.

This makes it imperative that we get the #1 seed next season so that Cleveland and Orlando can beat each other up in the Conference Semi's, and we can play the #4 seed instead.

I don't think we would have beaten the Cavs, every single starter on our team was injured EVERY SINGLE ONE. Pierce is supposed to have work done on his knee, Ray Allen had a pulled hamstring, Rondo had 2 sprained ankles, and Perk's shoulder is apparently messed up. If we're healthy, we're the best team in the league, but we weren't close to being healthy.

We would win or lose in 7 games. Rondo would be huge and Baby and Perk could eat the Cavs front line for breakfast lie Dwight is.

The main reason why we are beating them now and you most likely could have beaten them is because Boston and Orlando are TEAMS. You have 3 huge threats (when healthy) and we have 3 huge threats. Lebron is a great player, but 5 beats 1 everytime.
