Lebron plays defense like he's in an all star game. He really only plays defense with any intensity if he's making one of his come from behind blocks. He got voted runner up DPOY because everyone seems to think that because he makes those amazing blocks that he's a "great" defender. With that said I would still take him over Kobe and he has the potential to be the best defender in the league.

I would take Lebron over Kobe today as well. He's younger and will no doubt improve much like Kobe Bryant. However today, I give Kobe the edge based on resume, experience, and the fact that he's done nothing since last season to lose the title of best player in the game.

You're right that Kobe has done nothing to give up the best player title. Lebron just took it.

I seem to remember Kobe snapping LePrince's home winning streak in route to hanging two loses on the league's best team. He staired the mamba in the face and did not survive.

Lebron borrowing a page from Kobe's leadership manual. He has to force the others to step up by stepping back. Hilarious that James is quoted as saying that scoring 40 points is not working when I said the exact same thing yesterday.

Really were calling turkey glue for stepping over the line on an inbound? That's retarted I don't think that called on the Bucks all year.

I love that they are really looking to post LeBron early in the shot clock. The best way to deal with the Orlando D is to let LeBron draw some doubles down low.

And they haven't done it since I made that post. :D

But realistically, Pietrus has done an excellent job on the perimeter and Dwight is awesome coming over after LeBron drives. Its much harder to help against LeBron on the block other than an automatic double team, but he's such a great ball handler and passer he'll kill them.

The corpse of Ben Wallace ties up Howard for the jump ball. Come on Dwight.

Was that last foul on Pietrus really a foul? Didn't look like one.
