what is the craziest argument you've had...

Post#1 » by dropbowsonem_25 » Sun May 31, 2009 7:24 am

about the lakers or crazy comparisons youve ran into, in the barber shop this week ive heard:
lebrons jumpshot is as good as kobes
the cavs match up better with orlando than l.a
trade bynum for a 2nd rounder
aaron brooks can bust chauncey billups a**
aaron brooks is an all-star
wade is better than both kobe and lebron
kobe should play inside only
lebron gets most his points from jumpshots
and last but not least varejao can stay with lewis better than odom could.

i know theres probably more, lets hear them!

Lakers are only a one man team. That really hurts me.

Kobe's a rapist.

I said I might put Kobe above West as all time Laker. The woman went nuts.

That's a hell of a legacy, isn't it? You start to type his name into Google, and the first four suggestions are:

Najeh Davenport poop
Najeh Davenport closet
Najeh Davenport hamper
Najeh Davenport arrested

The weird thing is, it wasn't his ex or anything. It was just some girl, at least according to the police report:

According to the police report, alleged victim Mary McCarthy said she woke up around 6 a.m. on April 1, ``to a strange sound, and discovered Mr. Davenport, an individual unknown to her, squatting in her closet defecating into her laundry basket.''

How'd you like to wake up to that, some big-ass football player taking a dump in your closet?

I argued with all these fans here on GM because they thought their team could win.

Lakers have the same matchup problem against orlando... just like the cavs did (says TNT crew) :noway:

Lebron had coach of the yr, MVP, best record in the leage... but then he had no help :noway:

Put DJ Mbenga on Dwight for defensive purposes

Before its all said and done, Carmelo will personally surpass Lebron mentally, offensively, and if big brother Billups sticks around, then defensively as well :dontknow:

After buckets of white dust in the air, the jordan/kobe comparisons, the puppets, endorsements from Logo and Co., the drooling media, pregame antics, and all the hype, Lebron walked off after game 6 due to embarrassment ("oh crap afterall that, we lost?"). Too much hype, and didn't even make it to the finals. Sore loser. overhyped. lack of humility. Showed off too much. Lost! (uhm... you make the call)
