Sherk is the better fighter still, but it was a nice call.

For the record I am not picking Trigg to win over Kos, only saying he very well might. Kos suffers from the same sickness Sherk does, the desire to never use his greatest strength.

Koscheck may have better credentials, but what matters is how they have applied it to MMA. I think Kos has applied it pretty damn well though.

I don't think Trigg will make much noise in the UFC's WW division, but he's a name, he can help hype a fight, and he's still very good. Just not good enough to beat the top 10 guys, IMO.

GSP did not wrestle in NCAA or college in Canada, he learned how and still trains with Canada's National(Olympic) Team.

LOL @ you telling anyone to learn to read.

Who brought up Sherk/Edgar, when it has nothing to do with this thread? You.

So I said "if you're gonna keep bringing that up..." with "that" being Sherk/Edgar in an attempt to make yourself look smart, then I'll bring up the stupidest thing I can remember you saying (there are plenty to choose from), which was that Anderson Silva has the best BJJ in MMA (or just the UFC, I forget....not like it matters).

Based on this response, I'm actually not sure you even understood my first point about GSP, if you think it had anything to do with BJ Penn. You said Koscheck was a better wrestler than Trigg because he has more NCAA wins. I asked how many NCAA wins GSP has, knowing full well the answer would be zero. I asked this because GSP is arguably the best wrestler in MMA. I was using GSP as an example to illustrate the point that someone can be an outstanding wrestler even if they didn't have a decorated NCAA campaign.

Do you understand yet?

I sat behind Frank Trigg at a Cubs game two years ago. I thought about making a RNC joke but realized that I'd be making a potentially large mistake there.

You should have just put him in one, it's not like he would have gotten out. ;)

I should have said "still" because you mentioned Penn as if what I said about GSP had anything to do with him.

Whatever though, I'll stop being a dick now.*
