OMG, what did I (well the post I made) start ... :o

KWSN, just a question, how old are you? (I'm just curious, I'm not "implying" anything whatsoever)

Pablo Prigioni played in 7 more games than Ricky Rubio and had 6 more steals than him overall.

Rubio played 70% of the games that Pablo did and had 91% of the steals that he had. He was third overall in total steals. It's pure silliness that the Euroleague didn't recognize a player that had the third highest amount of steals in the "steals leader" category. I wouldn't even be upset if he was shown third under Prigioni in total number of steals, but to say that he doesn't qualify at all is mindboggling.

If an NBA fan rigorously claimed that a guy led the NBA in steals when he FACTUALLY did not, would the site mods have an issue with it? Would it be fine to argue with other members and call them out over it when they were making up that the guy led the NBA in steals?

Or would the mods side up with the guy that was wrongly claiming he led the NBA in steals? Is there a site policy that says there should be a double standard? You should accurately post who led the NBA in steals, but when it comes to the Euroleague just make up whatever you want?

First of all, the method in which the euroleague determines whos is a "steals leader" is absurd. If that was the case in the NBA, I'm sure that most people would have huge issues with it. Not recognizing a player who was third overall in steals in the steals leader category is insane.

Furthermore, what are you talking about the moderation staff for?

I didn't. I was talking about Daryl Morey and another member jumped all over me about it. I said he had a genius IQ of 160 and just said that other NBA teams should also hire such people and that there are other people with higher IQs that could do a better job than just former NBA players and coaches. For that I was jumped on like there is just this infinitesimal number of people with that IQ around. That really isn't true.

He did NOT qualify. He did NOT lead the Euroleague in steals. Whom do I have to report this issue to so that it can be decided by another party?

I think that most people jumped on you for saying that you had a 197 IQ and that your mother and her father had 197 and 200 IQs respectively.

The chances of that happening are so low that they can essentially be discounted as a fabrication.

First of all, you do not need periods before questionmarks, secondly, that wasn't exactly the point that I was trying to make. Perhaps you should re-read my point.

HINT: I was making a comment about the Euroleague's method of registering data: i.e. number of games played rather than number of the statistic (as it is done in virtually every other sport).

Some members here say, "Rubio led the Euroleague in steals." I say, "no actually he did not. It was Prigioni." The factual truth is Prigioni was the leader, not Rubio as the Euroleague's own website even states clearly. Anyone reading back over the posts in this thread would see that several people were insinuating that I was lying. When I posted the actual league leaders only one person said that was right.

Is there a reason why you didn't point out to the people saying he led the league that he actually did not?

You don't need to tell him that. He has an IQ of 197, which is higher than what experts estimate Einstein's IQ to be.

But you are a liar. Instead of quitting while you were ahead, like most people with common sense would've done long ago, you've kept on lying. Now you have to deal with it.

The article is clear. You've been caught, and now you don't want to play anymore.

Can you not ask jman to do it? Since it is obviously very insulting to so many people and making so many of them angry, it should be removed.
