One thing that puzzles me is all the talk about how the Cavs built their team to beat the Lakers. Watching the Lakers tonight makes me wonder how anyone could say that. When Gasol, Odom and Bynum are playing like this, there isn't a team in the league other than a healthy Boston team that can handle them.
Nothing will not break me.

Lakers just embarrassing Orlando now. Magic have had plenty of good looks, just can't throw it in the ocean right now. Live by the jumper, die by the jumper.

Lakers frontcourt is too deep for Orlando.

I see more than one. Gasol, Odom and Bynum are all playing well too. This is why I picked the Lakers from the start. Their frontcourt is so good and impossible to defend when they're playing like this.

They're playing "well", but one guy is DOMINATING.

Yup. Kobe's playing like an MVP tonight. The bigs are doing their jobs and that combination is overwhelming the Magic.

Kobe playing amazing, but what did LeBron AVERAGE against the Magic? It's amazing what happens when you have a great frontcourt paired with the stud wing.

I want LeBron's averages vs. Orlando though (pts/rebs/asst/FG%).

I have to cut the Magic some slack here. They just got done playing a team that removed its only quality big man from the offensive game plan, thus making the game a lot easier for Orlando. They might need a game to get used to intelligent coaching by the opposition again.

I bet Lebron would trade your averages for what Kobe's going for....a win.

Part of Cleveland's problem is that they let Lebron control the ball toooo much. No wonder that he gets the assist totals that he gets because he's the team's dominant ball handler. I mean, Iverson like. Doesn't shoot as much as AI prime, but he handles the ball too much and doesn't manage his game well. He's great for 3 quarters though. STUFFING the stat sheet. Not much left on the big stage in the fourth quarter though.

Blah, blah, blah. You still never even addressed the logic of the past argument, supporting cast. That is why your sig is comical as hell. But we don't need to go down that road again. Give LeBron Lakers frontcourt and he's winning a title this year, end of story.

I said LA in 5 and Kobe runs wild. I'll stick with that. LA wants it bad and Orlando is just happy to be there. Sure, they want to win but these guys are new to the finals and deep playoff runs in general. This will help them for next season so not all is lost.

I think this finals will show just how weak the East is. Orlando wouldn't even get out of the second round if KG was healthy. Cleveland can't even get past a team missing their all-star PG. This should have been LA vs. Boston but injuries changed all that.

Why in the world would you use a mouth guard when you leave it hanging outside of your mouth 100% of the time?

Hypothetical, but I'm thinking Kobe Bryant leads Lebron's cast past the Magic. Dwight Howard was the best player in the last series. Kobe Bryant will be the best player in this series. Bryant is a totally different animal than your stat stuffer. Knowing how to win and then executing on the big stage is what seperates the two. Right now, Lebron isn't in Kobe's league. Kobe was THEE difference maker in the Olympics and he'll prove to be the difference maker in the Finals. Until Lebaby and fanclub bag the excuses and go out and win, he'll continue to sit at the kid's table.

To the victors go the spoils.
