4-2 Pens, 5:00 left in the 2nd. 3 goals in 5:00 for the Pens. Their 4th goal was an absolute work of art, and must be seen to be truly appreciated.

Man, this year has really been Sidney's coming out party. I, along with a bunch of others thought he was overrated but man I have to officially say I take everything back I've said about him. He may be a cry baby some times but man can this kid play. Most complete player in the game today.

Re: Stanley Cup Playoffs (Schedule on 1st page): May 27 1:52am
Sid woke up in the cup finals. Detroit looks tired. I think Datsyuk will be playing in game 5. Like Melrose said, and like others, for some reason, disagreed with me, it aint a series until a team wins on the road.
Staals shorty was a beauty. Him, Malkin and Talbot really pressured that left point on the PP and it lead to some great chances. And why the hell was that not a goal awarded to Kunitz when he was going in on a breakaway with the empty net? Do the refs not know the freaking rules? It's a joke.
Oh and Wings fans, quit bitching about the refs. 4 PP's for the Wings and 3 for the Pens.
Sid needs 4 more goals to tie the record for goals scored in the playoffs. Yeah, the kid isn't a goal scorer.

He's become one of my favourite players to watch like overnight or something; kid has been ridiculous in the playoffs this year.

He's become my 2nd favorite Penguin behind Orpik. His leadership this playoffs has been unbelievable. He took over that Washington series and if it wasn't for him, they would be out of the playoffs.

I hate fans who blame the refereeing for a loss, Hawks fans do it constantly. But the Pens did get away with a good amount of stuff tonight.

A lot of Pens fans love blaming the refs for loses and I can't stand it. I try my best and not blame officials after games. In the playoffs, it seems like it ends up evening itself out. Games 1 and 2, Detroit got away with a lot. In these last 2 games, the Pens have. It has evened up.

Yep, I agree.
Last season Game 5 was the game that brought many fans back to the sport. This time, regardless of the outcome we're assured a 6th game. Should be a fun one on Saturday.

Yeah. Game 5 will be a great game. Really, whoever wins that, will probably win the cup. I wish it could be played tomorrow because the Pens have all the momentum. I must say though, the Pens did play well in Detroit games 1 and 2, Sid woke up tonight, Geno has been playing like a monster, Staal looked great and MAF stood on his head. 2 more wins and I'll be crying like a baby.

Definitely agree. Kennedy not only did a great job of beating Zetterberg to the puck, he also did a great job of creeping in the backdoor (that's what she said) and another great pass by Kunitz to set up the 2 on 1. Osgood had no chance once that pass by Crosby got through.
I can't believe nobody has talked about Malkin tonight. Crosby had a great game, but Malkin was better imo. He had a few breaks, played great defense and got the scoring started.

Malkin was better tonight and has been the best player in the series so far for both teams. But with Malkin already going, the Pens needed Crosby going and Crosby got going tonight. If both of them are playing great and scoring, the Pens will win.

I agree, if both are playing great Pittsburgh will win. It's nice that Crosby got going tonight, that doesn't change my opinion that I thought Malkin was the best player on the ice.

For me, Malkin and Fleury were the 2 best. I can't pick one. Fleury made a lot of great saves and both goals weren't his fault at all.
Also, Detroit has to have the best scouts in the league. I can't believe Ericsson was the last pick in the draft a few years back and Darren Helm is going to be a helluva player. He has speed, hits and can score.

There were some good saves by Fleury, I don't recall him making any great saves. Pittsburgh did a pretty good job of blocking pucks from the point and forcing Detroit to take lower percentage shots from more difficult angles.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention this after game 3, but did anybody see the fat kid behind the bench after the Pens scored the power play goal to make it 3-2?
He's just sitting there, not paying attention to anything, then when everybody stands up and starts cheering he stands up and starts jumping around like a little douche bag who had been paying attention the whole time.

Lol. I'd never pay 500 bucks a ticket.
EDIT - And I seen who you were talking about. Half the people that go to championship games have no idea what is going on. They just wanna be seen to say they were at the "big" game and they have the money to spend.

Not even for a Game 7 at home when you absolutely know your team is going to win? I know I would. . .

I paid $17 for a game 7 in May. I didn't know if my team was going to win and they ended up losing.

Nope, still wouldn't. That is just too much money for me to spend for one night. If I spend 500 bucks on something, I better have it for a long time and be able to look at it or touch it whenever I want to.
250 is max for me.
