I tend to not keep women around for long anyways, so them dying is not an issue for me.

Ya, but then they can come back and haunt you like at the end of Episode 6. Seriously, do you really want all those "force ghosts" hanging around. Your better off selling them to the Hutts or something then letting them all die and such.
