What the hell. What inning did you post this in?

It would be really impressive if Lester does indeed do this against a great lineup.

3rd or 4th, i saw this thing comin from a mile away

i think giving up a david ortiz is more embarrassing then a perfect game against us at this point. kris benson has got to be the worst pitcher in the majors, only reason he's in is b/c our manager saw this as a lost game once holland gave up 3 in the 5th

damn u got to that quick

well the reverse jinx worked

i think the baseball gods punished me by allowing them to get up 8-0 before it getting broken up

either way lester looks amazing. how pathetic is it that he struck out 10 through 6 and still only threw 61 pitches

You jinxed him! You son of a *****!

Lester was awesome today, low pitch count, just dealing.

And I wouldn't worry about your guy giving up a homer to Ortiz. That would've been a line out in some ballparks.

well of course i know that but this wasnt any ballpark it was f*ckin fenway. where we rarely (if ever, like last year) win, where it's 298 down right and 340 to left. and yes it is pathetic at this point to give up a homer to ortiz, especially when your names kris benson

nobody couldve hit lester tonight though, we didnt help ourselves by swinging at every other pitch but good god he was nasty

i posted this when the game was still in sight, by the time it was 8-0 i was almost as eager to see a perfecto as anyone
