Objective:
Surround Chris Bosh with a quality cast of players.

Rules:
1. Give Bosh seven other players to play with.
2. Those seven players' salaries cannot exceed $40M.
3. Only give Bosh one other All Star player.
4. One player must be in their rookie contract.
5. No more than one player from the same team.

Wait are we allowed more than one player on their rookie deal? If so:

Surrounded Bosh with the prototypical and fundamentally sound Brook Lopez for defense and rebounding, LeBron James for the superstar, Kevin Martin who can just light it up and will get plenty of opportunities with double teams, and Deron Williams, a great floor general. Off the bench you have a combo guard in OJ Mayo who can make plays and hit shots, and Courtney Lee to play some solid defense. Up top, Kevin Love is a great rebounder and a solid shooter. I probably excluded some obvious guys but I was doing it really quickly.

I think he meant only ONE rookie contract can be used which would make it much harder

Pretty sure Jameer was an All Star but couldn't play due to injury. Grant Hill was mos def an All Star albeit not a recent one. :wink:
