Terrible game by Kobe. He showed up in the 1st quarter and disappeared after that. 5 missed free throws? Come on dude.

On the bright side, I don't think Orlando is going to shoot that well again. This game went down to the wire and the Magic never dipped below 62% shooting. No way that happens again.

Anyway, great game of basketball overall. Congrats to the Magic.

Yeah he took us out of rhythm in the 3rd quarter. Also Bynum stayed out of foul trouble but offered nothing. This should have been a night he made his defensive presence felt having all 5 to give in the 2nd half.

And to any outsiders who read this thread the Magic are not back in the series like that fool Mike Breen claims. The only way they're back in the series is if it gets to 2-2. They Magic have to fight for their life on Thursday...........................the Lakers will be ready trust me.

I can't help but feel confident for game 4 and even 5. I was already expecting the magic to pull out all the stops for this game but they still had to play nearly perfect for a 4 (should've been only 2) point win with Kobe going "cold" in the 4th.

Kobe was ridiculous in the fourth. He missed free throws, had bad passes and turned the ball over. The Magic already shot over 65% from the field but after all it was just a 4 point game. We kept fighting back and I was really not that pissed.

Kobe was tired near the end of the 3rd Q..he was getting banged and no calls were being made.. Instead he was tagged with a Offensive foul...

Phil gave him a good long rest but it did not seem enough as Phil had rightly said in the post game..

I blame this loss on Kobe tired as a result of Jet lag and Sasha not able to contribute at Backup for Kobe... Well Sasha is pretty much a wash...

One thing is for sure no way Magic shoot this high percentage again...

Next 2 games are ours to take.. We need to go inside with Pau and Odom.. Magic have no answers .. It also prevents Magic from running out...Farmar needs to get more minutes.. and Phil needs to do a better job recognizing and calling up good end game plays where Kobe is used as decoy...
