Why not... may as well take shot in the dark with #43 and get some $$ to make up the difference in their contracts for this coming season.

Pretty much any trade where Earl is heading out and we aren't hurting ourselves long-term is going to get positive reviews around here.

I'm all for trading Waston. I'd be curious to see what else is out there, but I guess they could turn around and trade Blount at the deadline too.

Watson is not special compared to Hinrich but his defense and the lack of Heat backup PG and he doesn't screw our cap space in 2010 majkes it a good deal for us. Defense is part of the Heat culture, and I think he will be a servicible back-up for Miami. At least with this deal, Miami turns Blount who is not part of our rotation for a player we can use as back-up.

Call your GM and lets get this done.

Don't think the Thunder have much interest in another forward... They need to get a non-forward out of the #3 pick to go with Green/Durant/Westbrook.

Well if you give us Green and the #3 for Beasley, Jones and future pick, then lets do it.

If I were a Heat fan, I would absolutely love this.

PG - Chalmers/Quinn
SG - Wade/Cook
SF - Green
PF - O'Neal/Haslem
C - Thabeet/Magloire

As a Thunder fan though....not so much

^^ With that roster, I highly doubt Miami will start Thabeet at center. Actually, I'm not even sure they will draft him at #3. . . O'Neal is no longer quick to guard PF, maybe defending on match-ups. I really think JO playing time will come most at Center.
