Memphis would be after Amare, Phoenix would be after Rondo IMO. Memphis is looking for a big, Phoenix a PG, presumably.
In general, though, it is worth noting that if trading or renouncing (if they can) Hakim Warrick, Memphis can take back potentially about 24 million without being over the cap. So salaries do not have to match.
