Contract aside, Kenny > Diogu, Mikki, and Shelden combined.

He's really not. He may be the best defender and maybe even still the best rebounder (probably not better than Shelden) out of the bunch. But he's far worse offensively than Diogu, and considerably worse than Mikki and Shelden. The guy can no longer shoot or finish at all. The only thing he can do offensively is pass, but that's mostly kind of useless when you can't draw any defensive attention.

The answer to any KT question in relation to the Kings it that KT is a nice expiring contract. We won't have to discuss KT once he is dealt.

Most likely not even close on the Diogu part. Diogu is clearly very talented and skilled offensively. If we can't land Boozer this offseason, we NEED to bring this guy back. Too much upside to not get another look and worst case he's a solid backup at PF/C.
