Trevor Ariza, going off.

Getting set up by "that man". The Lakers will need him and the others to play big down the stretch.

Yeah, I saw Kobe tell him to go steal that ball and dunk it on the fast break too.

That's fine. However, 2 of Ariza's last three buckets resulted from passes from Kobe even though only one was an actual assist.

If the others / Ariza keeps it up, the Magic will be forced the can the doubling of Bryant.

Amazing what happens when your teammates make open jumpshots. Mo Williams should take some notes.

"Hey Ariza, I am going to miss this easy lay-up come down and get the rebound and go to the foul line." - Kobe

"Hey Trevor, Pau is going to pass it to you wide open in the corner for three, don't miss a shot for the first seven minutes of the quarter, okay?" - Kobe

"That is why you are the best player in the league and how you can carry such a mediocre supporting cast to greatness. Without you, none of this would have been possible." - Ariza

This is the type of game that makes Magic fans cry at the 20mil they spent on Rashard.

Bryant looks as if his legs are tired. I'd give him an early rest and save him for the 4th.

I can't think of anything that would have been a lamer response than this.

Something including the "Le" prefix would have done it.

Cleveland should change the name of their minor league hockey team to the LeMonsters. Sounds french and sophisticated.

Lake Erie LeMonsters has a nice ring to it as well.

I think we can put to bed the supporting cast argument. The Lakers are winning in spite of Kobe tonight.

He's been awful.
Please reconsider your animal consumption.

You're right, I'm a hockey fan. A hockey fan that can actually form coherent sentences.

What are you talking about?

He is shooting 38% in this game... If you look at Kobe's history in the finals since he came into the league, that is about average.
