Anyone else that people feel strongly enough about to vote for as their choice for one of the greatest coaches of all time?

Billy Cunningham has the numbers but a really short run. George Karl to me was better than Fitch or Ramsey for the 20 year coaches. I must admit to being very surprised that Ramsey and Tomjanovitch are still around after their early support, just no one jumped on the bandwagon apparently (and surprised that people other than me supported Leonard and Moe . . . woohoo!)

I will vote George Karl though I admit Billy Cunningham's win percentage is ridiculous and may be enough to entitle him to a top spot even without his knowledge and championship. . . one of Karl, Cunningham, Ramsey, or Tomjanovich won't make it much to my surprise (I didn't think I'd get any other Moe or Leonard supporters -- )

Rudy Tomjanovich, although many thinks he is overrated because of two championships, but coach job is far more than "x and o", its also about firing up players, and Rudy did amazing job in this regard. Players are humans, and if coach motivates them, he is doing his part. For "x and o" he can hire quality assistants, as many are doing.
