Well when u r a very established player then its hard to accept spot minutes, especially when you have prove your worth again and again, so its not that nonsense, the demand for minutes. Its deferent to be 20 y/o than 26 y/o dont u think?

Yeah... well players like Manu Ginobili never had a problem accepting spot mins, but some players are more interested in themselves instead of the team.

The difference between what Olympiacos is offering and what Papadakis is asking is about € 0.3 millions /year net.
I read this link and could help but not laugh... I know it is a blog within the site but still...

Yeah, but Talkbasket has a feature that allows readers to create their own blogs. Is RealGm responsible for what users write in the forums, or that does reflect poorly on the site's credibility? The writer of that blog was KWSN-Men (this one) himself.

They gave an ungodly amount of money to Childress, so I can't see them letting him go over so little money.
1. He isn't their center, he's their power forward.
2. The owners are investing 75 million euros in the soccer club next year so they are NOT happy with Bourousis' demands at all.

Um... his rookie season...

He earned the few mins in the regular season.... and then got more in the playoffs.
There is no sense of entitlement when you have proven nothing in the NBA.

He wasn't benched all season as a rookie. He got about 21 minutes a game as a rookie. He never had a reason to complain about playing time ever so I don't see how he is pertinent at all to that issue. You can't possibly be arguing that playing 21 minutes a game was him being benched by his coach.

Last I remember I am a fan of the Spurs and followed the Spurs with a bit more regularity than you.
He was slowly given mins and was never given 20 mins consistently. He got several DNPCD and had games where he would be out of the rotation and get single digit mins games.
Fact is that Span cried about his role unlike Manu. Players earn their mins... and some players don't want to earn it.

Spanoulis got benched because he sucked and was/is a primadonna. Period.

He played in 69 games, 5 starts, 21 minutes a game as a rookie. Not one reason for him to complain about playing time.

What does he have to do with this?

Anyway, what i am saying is understandable to ask for regular minutes, when ur established player, and especially in the long NBA season, that 1 game is much less important than a regular season game in Europe. The best players have some ego too. If u dont believe in r self, how can u play? Kwame any1?

Of course it is. Just ignore some of these comments like "no foreign player should ever dare expect playing time in the NBA".

Like I said... some people think that they should be given mins instead of it being earned, yeah... keep twisting my words around as if it means anything. I would think someone with a 180 plus IQ would able conceptualize that...

About 75 percent of the members here that respond to my posts twist my words around and 25 percent of the members here that respond to my posts actually make up and lie about what I said. Not one mod ever says a thing about it, in fact some of them openly participate in it. You reap what you sow.
And If you think I am twisting your words, what can I say? The way others do it to me would be 1000 times more egregious than any way I might have twisted your words. It's funny when it's being done to someone else I guess.

You know maybe the fact that you have problems with everyone else is reflection on you moreso than everyone else.

Not at all. I do not have problems with everyone else. Only people that lie and make up things about me. Unfortunately it seems that the mods find it funny.

Okay, but it's nothing personal. I was just trying to clarify you're not affiliated to Talkbasket and that they're a credible source of information.

According to this it is likely that Bourousis will play with the Spurs next year.
