Shaq to Clevland is Going Down Now??

Maybe that means we are keeping Amare!! I hope we don't draft Mullens, but rather Trade JRich for Chandler and draft Clark. But, if drafting Mullens means keeping Amare, then I am all for it!!

Pardon my ignorance, but where does the article say that this trade is going down now?

The title states that the talks are heating up after originally being on the back burner.

My open letter to Sarver

Mr. Sarver,

We get it! As suns fans, it is becoming harder and harder to trust your word that you want to win when in fact your actions have hinted that this is not true. We understand that you are paying a pretty penny for a team that did not make it to the playoffs. We know it is in your best interest to shed salary for the future. But can you remind me what future that is? Because as a fan for 30 years, I do not see any future or promise in this team outside of Amare, which you want to trade too. Yes, your pony boy (nash, who I am a big fan of) will bring the crowds out and make some money. But he is not a moron and will leave you high in dry because he knows what your true colors are. he should because you have made poor business and basketball decisions to help him lead this team to a championship. But if you in anyway tend to trade players for pure salary cap relief without rebuilding with youth and picks, I am seriously thinking of taking my business elsewhere until you leave this organization. Do you want disgruntled fan attending the games with paper bags over their face because of you?

At heart, I will always be a suns fan. But your poor business decisions and destruction of this team has disgusted me as a loyal fan that attended games at the Mad House at McDowell to US Airways center. Oh, if you don’t know what the Mad House at McDowell is, it is the old Veterans coliseum. You know, where your team used to play and make the residents of this great state proud. I am sick and tired of seeing the lies that are told to the fans year after year and I, like many have no faith in you as an owner of one of the best basketball organizations in NBA history. Please don’t do another Kurt Thomas trade in dealing shaq ot Cleveland. Just do one thing right and that is not to give him away for garbage.

Sincerely,
JMac1

Obviously it can't go down now, because the season isn't over, but basically the trade will go through as soon as this season ends. How much more information do you need. Where do you think Coro got it from. It's done!

by the way, why would the suns do this? yes, I know money wise, but this does not help us future wise in youth or solid picks. Just lame. Im not a fan of this trade at all and in no where did I see that this is going down now.

Geez, worse than my daughter! :-?

Nobody's complaining about anything other than the fact that you posted a misleading title.

Man the talks have just been heating up. It could fall through. It's far from "going down NOW."

What a waste of Tastic's time of asking him to close a thread just because nobody is agreeing with your point of view. This is an open forum and we are entitled to have an opinion on the topic and on the way you brought about this Shaq to Cleveland trade and if you don't like it then don't make a thread with such a misleading title.

Slow it down.

What are you talking about??? I want Tastic to close down the thread because people are gonna complain about the poor little thread being misleading instead of commenting on the deal, like YOU!!!!

What does an opinion has to do with this thread?? It may be a deal, it may not....Who cares. Just comment on the deal for christ's sake!!!!!

COMMENT ON THE DEAL, NOT THE TITLE OF THE ARTICLE!!!!!!!

OMG!! The title is misleading, lets comment on that, not the big trade..Fkng ridiculous. How old are you guys?? 5!!

This is your worst thread made in the last week, and the other two were tough to beat.

Done deal my ass. They can make the trade now if it's "done." Why arent they pulling the trigger yet?

You are so right. Keep this thread open Tastic. So we can have an opinion on the title being misleading.. Kinda like the Realgm articles. Maybe I should have put a question mark instead of an exclamation point and I wouldn't have ruffled your panties!!

I made that point in my second post. Anytone with a brain should know that no trading can be done until the season ends!!

And why are my threads bad?? Because you disagree with them. Talk about HYPOCRITES!! I didn't just say Amare should be a max player, I stated why. I didn't say Suns fans were devauling our players, just because, I stated why!!!!!! If you don't agree with it fine. But syaing they are bad threads when over half of the people agreed with my posts is ridiculous and it shows the contempt you have for me.

but how are we getting better with this deal? it´s only to cut down the cost´s of this roster.
how in hell is nash going to e happy with this trade? is he going to resign if we lose one of the best player´s on this roster last season??

strange trade....

i would prefer someone like okafor to play center for us....

Props to the great one

Shaq for capspace?

If the Suns do that type of deal I hope they at least sign Ariza or Milsap...

Oh yeah and this quote can mean many things, does this mean Hill isn't comming back? Teams are interested in Richardson? etc...

There has been trade interest in all four returning Suns starters

As much as I don't like Shaq on this current suns roster I don't like the idea of just giving him away to free cap space we won't even use. I say to trade an all star and 3rd team all nba player, Cleveland will have to add JJ Hickson plus their first round pick. If not, then we should look to the Bulls for that potential deal with Deng.
