--- Doesn't matter what happens this year or how many rings Kobe ends up with. He'll never be up there with MJ, Magic, Bird, Kareem in the eyes of fans and as judged by history ... no matter how many jerseys he sells aroudn the world he's just not a beloved player the way those other guys are. He's just too much of a creep, personally.
No denying he's one of the great players in history but there've just been too many instances of him being completely about Kobe - the Shaq feud, the game 7 with us, the parking lot rant, on and on - that will always tarnish him.Just who he is and how it is.

It makes me physically SICK that this series should be 3-1 Orlando.
A made layup and a made free throw and it is 3-1 Orlando. Reminds me of how the suns would lose all those game against the spurs. We really need a solid season next year to rid ourselves of all these bad memories.

I couldn't care less about the Kobe thing.
My hatred for LA goes far beyond basketball, and it's going to make me sick when they win.

A short nap for me and up to the game I go. After all the Magic must close out to win right. Ugh, the sound of that makes me want to vomit. Come on now show us all that resilience everyone was so pumped up about.

Consider this a friendly warning. Remember you're on the Suns board, we don't go onto the Lakers forum and start crap for no reason....
Good day sir
How was that post "starting crap". Is it not fact Suns fans hate the Lakers? I meant that in a friendly rivalry way. I really was curious what you guys were thinking. Anyway best of luck in the offseason. See you in 09-10.

Come on...you seriously need to ask that? You may not have come on saying "Na na na na naaah na" but you may as well have. Clearly you'd know how we feel, if we came onto the Lakers board after the Suns winning/Lakers didn't make the playoffs, how would you take it?
Exactly

Re: Around the NBA, 2009 PLAYOFFS
Well, isn't that just the perfect end to a perfectly sh*tty year?
Man, I wish we had picked up Pietrus instead of Barnes.
I will say that while it seems like most here on the board hate the Suns in sum, I really just hate Kobe.
And I've developed a real dislike for Jackson,. which is funny because I remember pulling for him when he was coming back from his spinal fusion surgery when he was with the Knicks. So I had a soft spot for the guy for many years.
Be interesting to see who they keep as the Lakers are facing a big tax bill. I hope someone offers Ariza a BIG payday, that is if we can't get him.
Also - poor Ammo, in civvies at the end of the bench while Reddick is getting minutes in the Finals. That's got to hurt.
