Re-doing the 2008 NBA Draft #2.

Portland accepted the trade and made the pick, Moving forward, who would the Pacers take with the 13th pick if we had the decision.

Bulls - Derrick Rose
Heat - Michael Beasley
Wolves - Brook Lopez
Thunder - Russell Westbrook
Grizzles - OJ Mayo
Knicks - Danilo Gallinari
Clippers - Eric Gordon
Bucks - Kevin Love
Bobcats - DJ Augustin
Nets - Jason Thompson
Blazers - Jerryd Bayless
Kings - Anthony Randolph

I'm going with Brandon Rush here, should be a bright future between him and Granger.

I went with Rush as well, but Mareese Speights really made me think about it.

I went Rush as well.

However, if he hadn't grown on me so much I'd probably go with Courtney Lee. He has really impressed me with his play in these playoffs. He just doesn't have the demeanor of a rookie, he's been fearless. You can't say enough about the defense he has played, while also providing another scoring punch. He'd fit in pretty well here.

If Lee didn't look so much like Rip Hamilton (another player I respect, but would actually like if he wasn't a Piston) with that mask, I'd consider him, too. Rush had one great moment, though, when he flipped that switch inside my head and I went, "damn...he's really something special..."

I'm speaking of the game against the Spurs, when on the opening play, he knocked down a three cool as can be with all the Spurs watching.

I voted for Rush. Last year at this time, i was torn on my potential picks because there was so many guys.... Bayless, Westbrook, Randolph were the realistic players i kinda hoped for. But, with seeing Brandon Rush in the NBA, i truly love what i see more then most prospects in this draft. More then Bayless and Randolph. And i even like him more then Westbrook. Obviously guys like Mayo, Beasley and Rose will be the class of this draft, but i think Rush will be one of the next best players in the draft. Picking Rush with the 13th (looking back on it) is a no brainer.
