PennySpree's Most Awesomest Mock Draft 1.0

1) Clippers - Blake Griffin
No Brainer

2) Grizzlies - Ricky Rubio
Man up and take 2nd best prospect. Definite trade bait

3) Thunder - James Harden
Perfect fit between Westbrook and Durant. Good Facilitator and shooter.

4) Kings - Tyreke Evans
Very talented and versatile player. I like the more aggressive Stuckey comparison

5) Wizards - Hasheem Thabeet.
BPA. Trade bait. If not traded, Thabeet's Interior D would be great on a team full or scorers.

6) T-Wolves - Jrue Holiday
Go for a big young PG who can defend both guard positions to complement there back court.

7) Warriors - Stephen Curry
They like Jennings, but had a bad experience with his cousin so Nellie decides to take Dantoni's man. If he can play for Dantoni, he can play for Nellie.

8) Knicks - Brandon Jennings
Take a chance on Young Money. Has all the raw tools you want in a PG. Big upside.

9) Raptors - DeMar DeRozan
Another high risk pick, but TOR are more than happy that Derozan falls to them. Big Upside.

10) Bucks - Jordan Hill
Will go PG or PF, letting one of CV or Sessions walk. They are very happy that Hill falls to them. Even if they decide they want a point(Flynn) they draft Hill and trade down with the Nets.

11) Nets - Jonny Flynn
Devin wants Flynn, but they might trade him and other assets for Hill.

12) Bobcats - Gerald Henderson
Solid 2 way SG.

13) Pacers - DeJuan Blair
Has some knee issues, but so did Granger. Great fit next to Hibbert.

14) Suns - Earl Clark
Intriguing skill set. A better Diaw?

15) Pistons - Terrence Williams
Tough, athletic, all round player who will be a great back up to Rip and Prince.

16) Bulls - James Johnson
BPA. Can score inside and out.

17) Sixers - Ty Lawson
With Miller all but gone, get there pass first PG to run there uptempo team.

18) T-Wolves - BJ Mullens
Go for another upside pick. A real C, something that MIN lack.

19) Hawks - Jeff Teague
Explosive scoring point who is a good fit next to JJ.

20) Jazz - Tyler Hansbrough
Great fit under Sloan. Provides insurance if one of Millsap or Boozer walk

21) Hornets - Eric Maynor
CP3 gets a much needed backup. Maynor should contribute right away.

22) Mavericks - Chase Budinger
Athletic Swingman who should be a good role player.

23) Kings - Austin Daye
High upside guy. Poor mans Rashard Lewis?

24) Blazers - Omri Casspi
Instead of selling this pick so they have more cap space, they draft a solid Euro Prospect and stash him overseas.

25) Thunder - Patrick Mills
Very Quick scoring point would make a good back-up for Westbrook

26) Bulls - Darren Collison
Solid back up for Rose allowing the bulls to trade Hinrich in order to keep Gordon.

27) Grizzlies -Wayne Ellington
Another much needed shooter. Good backup for Mayo.

28) T-Wolves - Sam Young
Having gone for 2 upside guys, they go for someone who can contribute right away. Young is a physical 3 who can hit the 3.

29) Lakers - Rodrigue Beaubois
Not the best play maker, but his good D and decent shot make him a solid PG prospect for the triangle. Most likely kept overseas for a year.

30) Cavs - DaJuan Summers
LeBrons backup. Good size, has some potential.

EDITED: Lawal withdrew, Gave Thunder a backup point.

Looks good.

It's going to be interesting to see how Wallace handles the Rubio situation. Actually, I think McHale might be the right guy guy to coach Thabeet. The Bucks got to feel pretty damn lucky. I like the Jazz taking Hansbrough. I still think Presti goes for a superquick at #25 (Beaubois or Mills) because Watson is all but gone, Atkins is nothing more than an expiring & who knows if Livingston makes it all the back.

I like it for the Wolves. Only change I would make is DaJuan Summers or Rodrigue Beaubois at #28 instead of Sam Young.

The only problem is you don't have any reaches or slides. Which ALWAYS happen. It's TOO clean to be accurate.
