Embarrassing, but not unexpected.

Unfortunately it happens in every town after every championship.
So called "fans" get out in the streets and make it an unsafe environment for the rest of the good adoring fans.
True Laker fans would never resort to this type of behavior. The people who vandalize are using this occaision to act as criminals.

Those arent Laker fans, like Dcash said they are a just a bunch of thugs looking for any excuse to steal and vandalize pieces of ish people. Its embarressing to see these people and their rude conduct and all I can say is that they dont represent real fans.

Nah those aren't Laker fans, they're Raider fans that raided a sportings goods store stole Laker uniforms, and then pilfered & pillaged elsewhere.

People like that don't deserve to live free.

I'd be rioting too if I couldn't afford a ticket, HD TV, or had no friends w/ cable to watch the Lakers become champs.

Those are the same people that chant we want tacos when they should be chanting defense, that includes the DJ who drops that intrumental with comfortable leads helping promote the promo that needs to die.

That promo frost me. That promo reminds me of a third rate teams deperate attempt to get butts in seats. Since when are the Lakers the fn' Clippers?

The only thing that could make me go off the deep end to attempt such horrid acts would be hearing that fn' chant to close games next season.

^^
I agree.. tacos are the root of all evil.

seriously to the OP you just can't plead with trouble makers enough and then the group mentality strikes and all hell breaks loose. I don't think that it was even as bad as many other championships in LA or other towns, but it's sad.

My take. That was peanuts in comparison. This town has seen much crazier Laker celebrations, not to mention two full blown week-long riots. The people in this were just tards who couldn't even muster enough friends to form a mob. Last time they trashed some cop cars, this time they could only work over an MTA bus. Weak... which is good.

Read that heart-breaking story in the Times about the poor guy whose vintage sneaker shop was ransacked. Where the F were the police during all this?

They're imposters!!! they're actually raider fans. Lakers fans wouldn't have done this .. hehe

But yeah, obviously thugs trying to be manly but trashing their own hood.. go figure.
I don't mind a loud awesome presentation but it ridiculous how they were behaving.

I don't understand why when a team wins a championship... Their "fans" go out and trash their own goddamn town.

In general I'm disgusted by these acts but... If you're really going to mess something up why not mess up the other team's town?

well, these are the same people that disgustingly tag up their own neighborhoods, deals drugs out of their very own homes, and generally create an atmosphere of violence in the very place they live.

Yeah you'd think worst case scenario the opposing losing team would be trashing their city in anger and embarrasment of losing. Winning and trashing your own city seems ass backwards.
