Totally see Evans and Casspi as Petrie picks at 2 and 23 respectively. However, I don't see Rubio at 2 or 3 anymore. So I think the Kings choose between Evans or Rubio at 4.
I'm now under the impression that Harden/Thabeet go 2/3 in some order.

Completely valid, I just don't think that Rubio falls to them. He'll likely get taken 2 or 3 then traded for, unless the Kings are comfortable with Evans and the price is too high for Rubio.
I think the Kings would be ecstatic if Rubio falls, and dont see them passing on him if he does.
