I thought this was kind of funny. Lloyd must have really felt some chemistry between he and Orton because now he's following him around the country.

It would be even funnier if somehow Marshall ends up here. If Angelo turned Orton/Lloyd into Cutler/Marshall he would be a legend here

But this time he did it 5-10 lbs lighter, so in theory, it was quicker.

My theory about this whole thing is that we're holding out for Plax. Cutler is not the biggest fan of Marshall and has been openly recruiting Plax. Our WR problem is way too big for us to be as quiet about it as we are. There's no way we feel that we're set at that position. We're waiting on Plax and as soon as he's available, I think you'll see us strike. IMO, Plax is much better than Marshall and the PERFECT compliment to Hester. Hester knows it, Cutler knows it and you can bet Angelo knows it. That's why we haven't done anything yet

I agree that its probably not realistic to get Marshall anyway since Bears dont have picks to get him i was just sayin that part hypothetically. Plax would be good compliment to Hester but idk if bears are gonna want to wait through legal issues, IMO putting his trial back could have hurt his chances on signing here

Well, I'll be rooting for the Broncos if they're playing at a different time than the Bears. I always liked Orton, and I liked Lloyd. Yeah, they weren't good, but my favorite players aren't necessarily the best ones. For some reason I've never been a big Urlacher fan.

Anyway, I met Lloyd at a signing last year and he was really extroverted and friendly. I wish him the best of luck in Denver.

Nice pic, NZB. It's not a personal thing with Lloyd - I'm sure he's a great guy. Football just never seemed to be priority #1 with him and the small injuries seemed to keep him off the field longer than they should.
Turn down for what?

The last thing I heard about this guy was that he was looking good in practice and had a real chance at making the team this season. I was actually hoping that he got a chance so that we could see what he could do for us. Oh well, I guess he wasn't exactly a star so it's not like we lost anyone too important.
