With reports of T-mac becoming available...think we could swing a deal for him? call me crazy, or maybe this is plausible!
23rd+Noc+K9 for T-Mac...
I think Houston would at least consider it. We would have T-Mac for a year, call it a rental...he gets healthy appreciates the team and effort signs long term deal and we continue to win with the guy.

Re: T-Mac
T-Mac is past the point of really helping a team to really improve. I would honestly only do that deal to dump Noc, and even then, I wouldn't want to give up the #23 pick. I certainly wouldn't look to resign the guy.

If he gets healthy he can still avg 17-22 ppg. and will always be a threat in the 4th qtr. I understand rebuilding and going young. but why not take a shot at getting into the playoffs and getting some real experience...T-mac would give us that opportunity right?

Not with any kind of efficiency. I think he can still be a useful player, but he'll never be an all-star again--not even close. He's essentially a jump shooter with some decent PG skills. Even when he gets healthy, he'll never be anywhere near the athlete he once was.

Tracy would be nothing more than an attempt to get under the salary cap for next off season. In no way do I give up any valuable assets.
Interesting, you have some ideas you would like to bounce off Brian Sabean? That's strange, I have some objects I would like to bounce off Brian Sabean.

How is Donte Greene not the same in 2 years and at the age of 21? Rashard Lewis was drafted at the same age scored less than 5 a game his first year and didn't score over 10 until his 3rd year, (McGrady didn't score over 10 until his 3rd year). All the stupid kings fans have asked for rebuilding since Bibby left and now they get it and they want something else.
Both Tim Duncan and Grant Hill averaged 20 points a game their first year on 15 shots, JT avgd 14 pts the last month of the season on 11 shots. Given 4 more at 50% shooting would be 18 plus one extra trip to the FT line would be 20 but we Natt couldn't stick with the rebuilding. Hawes will be a very complete player as well. This team really doesn't need any more scoring except at the PG. I think they will see if Garcia is healthy to be more of a lockdown defender again and take the ball out his more like Christie. If not we trade KT for a SF come fall.

Re: T-Mac
If the Kings were going to trade for T-Mac it would be only as an expiring contract because he isn't leading anyone anywhere as far as playoff anything.
I'm thinking the trade would be Beno, Nocioni & Kenny Thomas for T-Mac. Kings could create a 3 man wing rotation of Martin, T-Mac and Garcia until T-Mac got hurt again.

T-Mac doesn't want to play in Sacramento. Sacramento doesn't want T-Mac.

YEA"H id trade for him...It would almost be similar to the Dumars trading for AI situation. It would be a gamble and an experiment! If it works out....We look good in the process...if it doesnt then we have cap room
WIN WIN situation if you ask me
Noc/KT/Cisco/#31 for Tmac/Dorsey
