Min has a hole at PF, but I'm sure Rubio + Richardson would balance that out. Mem has a very balanced team with 4 very good defenders, a play maker, 3 shooters, a defensive big and a slasher. They are perfectly set for R&G style next year.

Phoenix has a huge shake up, but still can sell tickets with Nash leading the fast break and a nice young core of Blair/Love/Tyson/Gay/Barbosa/Dudley/Holiday. Nash can also mentor Holiday and make him into the Suns future PG. Also a great team for R&G.

Minn should not be trading Brewer in this deal, they'd be getting screwed. Take out Brewer and give Minn Dudley and Memphis Tucker and then it's a little more fair.
