I didn't like McClung for a third inning after how much he struggled in the 8th. Either begin the inning with Hoffman or start it with a fresh arm like Stetter or DeFiliece

It's not an excuse, but it's never a good idea to throw your closer in there in the middle of a 9th-inning jam.

I wouldn't mind facing Wood for another inning...he's not exactly the most consistent pitcher out there and we have a history of scoring off of him.
