I'd consider Evans or Harden or Flynn

hard to even think about now that the Amar'e for Al has been squashed. I'll stick to what's for sure, the 14th pick.

i still think there's a team out there we haven't seen in a rumour or whatnot that IS after Amare. A team with young guys, a lottery pick, and serviceable players.

ie

Indiana - MDaniels, BRush (Suns love him), JJack, #13 pick

Golden State - Wright/Randolph, Morrow, Crawford (him and Barbosa off the bench would be a beautiful offensive chaos haha), #7 pick

Milwaukee - Sessions, CBell, JAlexander, #10

There are LOTS of teams with suitors that aren't being mentioned, and if he does go it seems more likely they'd want him moved East surely? I'd LOVE a GS deal that netted us Turiaf + Randolph + Crawford + #7 for Amare + RoLo

Tastic, Jefferson + 6 > all of those in every way possible. People don't understand the guy Jefferson is. He is not the best athelete, but his rebounding and defense are more than above average, certainly godly compared to Amar'e, and he still has a terrific offensive game, especially down low. The only problem is the knee injury, but Amar'e has had shot knees, & Al is 2 years younger. I trust if we trade for him that our staff would work there magic once more.

Well it's more or less official, getting that #6 pick is a pipe-dream.

Amares knees are shot sd1305. ACL can be just as bad as what Amare has had. I rather take Amareas knees right now because THEY WORK! We don’t know if what AL is going to be yet. Our staff has worked their magic on amare, why cant they continue? This is just ignorance. Look at Elton Brand. He tore is ACL and the dude just is not the same. Age is one of the reasons, but come on. People are over blowing smoke all over it.
By the way, this is not going to happen.

I want Jordan Hill. If we're going to be a run team, he's perfect. We can keep Al at center and use him at the 4. With those two at the 4 & 5, we'd have a perfect balance of inside outside attack from our bigs. That guy has the potential, the size and athleticism to back it up. He was at the top of the agility test in the combine.

I love the logic. Buy into the initial rumor, but ignore when the same source squashes the rumor.
