Am I allowed to vote in this one now that Grumpy McGrumperson is no longer in charge? lol

Too late.

You will be happy to know that I have altered my Ty Lawson views. I still don't want him at #13, but I think he'll be better than I originally thought.

I like the Pacer loyalty. Also, I like cdash coming around regarding Ty Lawson. I am also a recent convert - the numbers don't lie - he is good.

:D I forgive you.

What changed your mind?

Wow, that Hollinger system has only Wade, Melo, Durant, and Conely above Lawson.

Hey dgrange, I don't know how much longer I will be able to do this. I am going out of town on Tuesday and I have a lot to do before then. I can probably do a couple more teams, but that's it. Sorry. It is 5 AM and I am actually waking up and not going to bed, it's crazy!

I mean, I read these reports and watched his interview after his Pacer workout, and he seems to have a pretty solid grasp on things. And the numbers really don't lie. That assist-to-turnover ratio is outstanding, and he was solid all around. I can't say I know much about his defense though. The fact that he is something like 20-30 pounds bigger than Ford helped too. He's going to be more durable, and he seems to have better point guard skills than TJ.

Why was Joe Alexander even an option? IIRC he was long gone by 17. He's going to bust badly, too.

Yeah he is. I actually think DeAndre Jordan should be an option here. He actually had a fairly productive season for the LA Sideshows, and he (arguably) has more long term potential than Hibbert.

This is a re-cast of last year's draft. They've gone to each team's board and had them vote on who they'd take...Milwaukee took Love instead of Alexander, and now Alexander's in a free fall.
I have no idea what you're talking about, and clearly, neither do you.

Its funny how chatard only made Hibbert an option for the first time at pick #16 even though, as a #17 pick, Hibbs outperformed expectations generally for a rookie drafted at that spot. And did so in very limited minutes to boot.

I just started the re-do draft for dgrange a couple picks ago. Any volunteers to take it over for a few spots?
