Who did you want to face in the finals?

Man I wanted Boston redemption bad. I thought a healthy Boston was our only true foe. They had experience, stars, played D, and executed. Now I want BOS really bad, especially since KG guaranteed 2010 & 2011 titles, I'm glad he did, it adds to the fire.

I never got into the CLE/LAL hype machine, I enjoyed the puppet commercials that's about it.
I wanted CLE to lose early, cuz I was getting tired of their act, especially the paparazzi BS b4 games. I never could figure out why they were pawning everyone so easily 'cept us and ORL when looking at their roster. Like they say the playoffs are a different animal.

It was fitting the only two teams to beat up on CLE met in the NBA Finals.

if boston didn't have kg, and wasn't at full strength, i wanted cavs. Boston would have been the best match.

I love the whole we are better than you GARBAGE I read on their boards from a couple of posters that are classless, but for the most part a big Majority of the Cs fan are being great sport about it and crediting us with our title. Not that we need them to since we are clearly the CHAMPS and we have beat both the Cavs and the Cs and not only did we beat them but we swept them, but I wish to GOD SO BAD that we played the Cs more than ever. Just so that I didnt have to hear these lame excuse that these two clowns are throwing at us, and also it wouldve been a sick finals and the battle of the two power houses back in history of the RIVALRY.

But let me enjoy my CHIP for now, they have a lot of time to regroup and come and take our title from us............. ITS IN OUR HOUSE NOW FOR ANOTHER YEAR.

Ya we were, thats the part thats hard to swollow about this years title.
Even though we swept both of the E/C power houses twice, I wanted the Cs so freaking bad that this years title just doesnt seem that joyful if we had beaten them in the finals, and I hold the Cs responsible for that. I mean why did K.G have to go down the way he did? I couldve really cared less if we played the Magic or the Cavs since to me they were both equally the same, but Boston wouldve been a massacre that I personally wouldve enjoyed watching. But oh well like I said hopefully next year they can get their act together and at least give us a good fight.

Boston only to shut those A-holes up. In the end I don't care I want the Lakers to win 3 more titles to pass Boston for most all time. The only people who care who you beat is those that did not make to the finals.

Assuming Lakers still would have won, I would have rather played a healthy Boston team or the Cavs in that order.

pp admitting he's worse than a weak poodle without kg, story of his career.

since kg was hurt long before, its hard to assume they were healthy, so i never wanted boston. would have been such an excuse fest, rightfully so. i wanted lebron james and the cavs. i also wanted portland in the 2nd round.

I really wanted the Cavaliers. I would have loved to see Kobe killing off LeBronze in the finals, and to end all the stupid talk about who the reigning royalty is.

Boston were never in the picture for me once KG went down.

I actually thought Orlando was going to be a tougher threat than they were. Not that it was a blow-out or anything, but the Lakers played extremely well.

In hindsight, I really don't think it would have mattered much what team we faced. No current NBA team could have beaten these Lakers in seven games. Our guys played their arses off and executed their season-best when it mattered the most.

the redemption part will come in overall titles.

17 to 15 and 3rd place aint even close.

get us to 17+ by any means necessary. and whoever meets us in the finals. boston or not.
